I take pride in lifting up and encouraging women. I am passionate about and trained to work with and support pregnant/new moms experiencing perinatal mood disorders and individuals who have experienced trauma. Therapy with me can take place in my office or online in a location convenient for you. Deciding to make life changes can be scary and intimidating, but you can do it! I try my best to disconnect from work. I spend the bulk of my time focusing on my the needs of my family while making time for my own self-care.
