We believe in making wellness an accepted practice. We work hard to prove that everyone can benefit from therapy, no matter the narrative that has been passed on to you about “who” therapy is for. If you've been thinking about therapy and what it could do for you, we'd love to hear from you.
Being a kid in today's world comes with its fair share of joys and challenges. If you are worried about the behavioral health of your child, or your child has bravely made it known that they want to speak with someone, let us help.
No relationship is perfect. Even the best couples can use some help from time to time. Couples therapy can help you and your partner find new, effective ways to communicate, discuss your issues without judgment, and improve your relationship. Let us help you regain the emotional closeness and trust that you may have lost.

*Please Note: We cannot bill insurance without diagnosing you with a mental disorder according to the DSM 5-TR. If you do not have a diagnosable mental disorder, or do not feel comfortable being diagnosed, you will be required to pay privately for services.*
Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 - which went into effect on January 1, 2022), health care providers need to give clients or patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Note: A Good Faith Estimate is for your awareness only. It does NOT involve you needing to make any type of commitment.
To learn more and get a form to start the process, go to www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059. Keep a copy of this Good Faith Estimate in a safe place or take pictures of it. You may need it if you are billed a higher amount.
