Fully Licensed or License-Eligible Telehealth Psychotherapist

Bloom Into Wellness, LLC is a growing therapy practice. The demand for therapy services has increased during these difficult times and our practice continues to grow dramatically.  This growth is providing multiple opportunities for all clinician types across the state of Massachusetts.


Currently, Bloom Into Wellness, LLC is hiring fully licensed or license-eligible Psychotherapists to join our group practice.  Clinicians may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in our Stoughton office location (as appropriate).


While working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, the Psychotherapist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Clinical Assessment
  • Formulate and implement treatment plans with comprehensive case consultation
  • Provide individual, group and/or family therapy services
  • Completion of clinical progress notes
  • Effectively communicate with referring providers and client family members
  • Comfortable working with all ages


Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field
  • LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D, PMHNP or license-eligible
  • Strong case conceptualization skills
  • 1 year prior experience facilitating individual, group and/or family therapy sessions
  • Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients
  • Experience providing evaluation and evidence based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations

Master's Level Intern

Are you searching for a wonderful opportunity to hone your clinical skills with individual and group therapy in a small, personalized and supportive group practice?  If so, consider working with clients at Bloom Into Wellness!


An internship with us will provide you the opportunity to:


  • Practice assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Gain expertise in ability to formulate case conceptualizations
  • Work effectively as part of a patient's treatment team including communication with collaterals and other treatment providers


Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master's level counseling or social work program
  • Experience conducting individual and group therapy recommended

Behavioral Health Credentialing Specialist (Remote Position)

The Behavioral Health Credentialing Specialist is responsible for maintaining active status for all psychotherapists by successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as required by commercial payers, Medicaid, and Medicare.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain individual provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications

• Create and maintain internal provider grid to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available

• Update each provider’s CAQH database file timely according to the schedule published by CMS

• Complete revalidation requests issued by government payers

• Complete credentialing applications to add providers to commercial payers, Medicaid, and Medicare

• Complete re-credentialing applications for commercial payers

• Credential new providers and re-credential current psychotherapists

• Work closely with the clinical director and/or practice manager to identify and resolve any denials or authorization issues related to provider credentialing

• Maintain accurate provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases

• Other duties as assigned


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practice’s revenue cycle

• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Internet use

• Detail oriented with above average organizational skills

• Plans and prioritizes to meet deadlines

• Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2 years credentialing experience preferred

• 2 years experience in a medical practice business office role required
